Our service also includes timeline and deadline management, inspection and appointment scheduling, financing and clear-to-close coordination, and communication with closing attorneys. Additionally, we provide utility information, home inspection tips, and ensure all parties receive necessary documentation. I'm here to support you from beginning to end.

Offer Writing - $50 / $75

I’m excited to offer a service to streamline your workflow and save you time. My offer writing service is available for $50 per property during business hours and $75 after hours. Provide the necessary information using the provided template, and I’ll draft the offer for your signature. Counter offers or "clean offers" are included at no extra charge. This cost-effective service helps lighten your workload and ensures smooth transactions.

Listing Coordination - $175

Elevate your listing experience with A to Z Transaction Coordination. For $175, our service streamlines transactions from document preparation to MLS input, maximizing your property's exposure. We handle client communication, complete and ensure compliance for all listing documents, and manage MLS entries and updates (includes 2 MLS systems; additional fees apply for additional MLS).
